We had an enquiry via our web site email.  The Client wanted some fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers to be fully fitted into their walk-in wardrobe. The customer runs their own Website Design Company based in Worcester and liked the look and content of our website. They wanted good quality workmanship and design for this project.

They have been looking for fitted bedroom furniture to match their existing free standing furniture.  This was from an American manufacturer and very dark colour. We had to stain and lacquer the furniture to a colour match panel from one of the cabinets.

The walk-in-dressing room had wardrobes on either side of the room and a chest of drawers at the end, this gave a mirror image to the room. We added a radiator cover with a solid brass grill, fitted under the window.

The wardrobes consisted of three sections. The first section was a single robe with hanging rail and a half depth shelf below. The second section a double robe is set forward from first and third section to give a breakfront appearance, with split hanging inside. Third section is a single robe with short hanging and adjustable shelving in the base. An end panel finishes off the wardrobes and has the chest of drawers butted up to it. The chests have four drawers each on full extension soft close runners. The top drawer is shallower and has dividers for storage of smaller items and trousers belts.

To compliment the existing furniture it had a moulded and shaped cornice, worktop and plinth. The doors were flat paneled and finished with cock beading. They were fitted with concealed hinges and soft close mechanisms. The top drawers have a reeded section and also there are reeded panels on the radiator cover. The front of which has a removable panel for access to the radiator. Finished with dark stain and lacquer, to the customers colour match.
